Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. "As-Is" Service Delivery

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, COMMANDS, CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS, FILE PATHS, AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Game publishers update their server software frequently. Commands and configuration parameters may become outdated, deprecated, or behave differently in different game versions.

3. Limitation of Liability, Server Data Loss

You are solely responsible for backing up your game server data, configuration files, save files, and player profiles before executing any command or applying any configuration referenced on the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURVIVALCONFIGS AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SAVE FILES, PROGRESSION, PLAYER ACCOUNTS, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

4. Acceptable Use of Server Commands

The administrative commands documented on the Service are intended for use by server owners and authorized administrators on servers they own or have explicit permission to operate. You agree NOT to use information from the Service to:

• access, modify, ban from, or otherwise interfere with any game server you do not own or are not authorized to administer;
• cheat, exploit, grief, or otherwise violate the terms of service or end-user license agreement of any game publisher;
• distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise harm other users;
• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

The Service, including its layout, design, code, written commentary, original tables, FAQs, and curated organization of public technical information, is owned by SurvivalConfigs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Game names, trademarks, command syntax, and publisher documentation remain the property of their respective owners. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher.

You may not reproduce, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners and advertising networks. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurvivalConfigs from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of SurvivalConfigs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
